Every year the comissió de festes Divina Aurora organises a Paella festival on the Plaza Mayor in Sella.

The villagers join together and make their paella. A jury decides which group made the best paella. The party starts around midday and goes on till late. Young and old enjoy this special event.

Our neighbour Vicenta cooked for our friends and guests. There were lots of tapas and drinks. We all had a great afternoon.

 

Het jaarlijkse paellafestival op de plaza Mayor was een groot succes.

Het dorp verzamelde zich op de plaza mayor om de traditionele paella te koken.

Onze buurvrouw Vicenta kookte voor onze vrienden / gasten. Er was volop eten en drinken en het feest ging tot in de late uurtjes door.
